Prepare the ingredients, cook the pumpkin in the microwave in advance, and press it into pumpkin puree for later use

Crack the eggs into a basin and add sugar

Stir evenly until the sugar melts

Add salad oil and mix well

Add water (can be replaced with milk)

Add sifted flour, baking powder and cinnamon

Mix into a lump-free batter

Add pumpkin puree to the batter

Use a spoon to put it into a paper tray (I used a large paper tray), filling it about 8 minutes full. I packed 6 of them, and I still have some left to put in paper cups.
