Stir-fried watermelon rind
Overview
Watermelon is a treasure, and I won’t go into details about its benefits. Anyway, I ate it from the inside out, and in the end I even ate the rind. The stir-fried watermelon rind not only maintains the freshness of the watermelon, but also has the aroma of chili pepper, which is sour, sweet, and refreshing! Awesome! Our whole family loves to eat.
