Overview

Recently, the price of beef has increased again, 38/jin. Alas, I can hardly afford meat😂 But I still have to eat beef noodles. The rich broth, springy noodles, and white radish soaked in soup, just thinking about it makes me drool😋

  1. Cut the beef into pieces, put it in a pot under cold water, blanch it until it bleeds, take it out and set aside.

  2. Pressure cooker, put stewed meat ingredients, onions, ginger and garlic in the pot.

  3. Add water, the amount of water is about twice the amount of minced meat, cover, put on steam and simmer for 30 minutes.

  6. Then you can cook the noodles in one pot. You can remove the noodles 2 minutes after the water boils and set aside, because the noodles need to be cooked in the broth again.

  7. In another pot, put the broth and white radish together and bring to a boil.

  8. Return the freshly cooked noodles to the broth and cook for a few minutes to allow the noodles to fill with broth.

  9. Dish out, add green onion and coriander, top with beef, and eat.
