Prepare materials

Blanch the ribs, rinse them with water several times, cut the onions and ginger, and use whole garlic

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the pork ribs for a while to force out the oil

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry

Pour in appropriate amount of light soy sauce and rice vinegar, and add rock sugar
