Soak the roasted wheat bran in warm water until soft, then cut into small pieces with a knife

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

Heat up an appropriate amount of oil in a wok, add onions, ginger, garlic and green and red peppers and stir-fry

Then add the shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color

Add appropriate amount of braised soy sauce, stir-fry evenly and add a small amount of boiled water (about three or four tablespoons)

Finally, pour in the roasted wheat bran, mix well, and turn off the heat
