Dai flavor cold chicken
Overview
Kunming's Dai-style cold chicken is not that complicated. It just boils the whole chicken and then puts Dai-flavor condiments on it to make Dai-style cold chicken. This one I made is a little complicated. The chicken should be free-range chicken. Clean the chicken first, cook it whole, cut it into small pieces, stir-fry it with sesame oil, and then start mixing.

Wash the spicy millet and set aside.

Prepared large turnips, also called Awa turnips. Wash and chop.

Lemons, 4 are enough, otherwise they will be too sour.

Chop the garlic into minced garlic and mince the millet.

The chicken has been cooked whole in advance, taken out and cut into pieces.
