Leek, sea cucumber, egg and mushroom dumplings
Overview
My kids didn’t like sea cucumbers, so I just wanted to make leek dumplings. I thought leeks go well with seafood, so I put sea cucumbers in. Another mushroom was tested, so I put another mushroom in.

Steps
-
Materials, by the way put two fungus in, can be ignored
-
Chop the leeks. Since I’m afraid it won’t be easy to make soup, I’m used to adding salt and water
-
Knead the dough with warm water until it becomes slightly soft and easy to wrap. Cover or cover with plastic wrap
-
Add more oil to the pan and scramble the eggs into chunks. Add more oil, so you don’t need to add extra oil to the stuffing
-
Kill the leeks and water, chop all the ingredients and put them together
-
Add seasonings to taste. I added soy sauce, five-spice powder, a little salt, and oil consumption
-
Dumpling skin, thick in the middle and thin on the sides
-
Wrapped
-
Just eat it with pickled sour cabbage and vinegar
