Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the meat and cut into small pieces, peel the onion and ginger, cut into sections and slices
-
Put the meat cubes, onion and ginger into a meat blender and grind them
-
Put the meat filling into a basin, add salt and 3 tablespoons of oil, and pour in a piece of thick soup (the ratio of thick soup to meat filling is 500 grams of meat filling. In fact, only about 100 grams of meat filling is used to make this dish)
-
Mix well
-
Hold the tofu in your hand, use a knife to cut once vertically, and then cut three times horizontally (if your knife skills are not good, do not cut it with your hand, you can cut it on the table to avoid hurting your hand)
-
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over low heat, add the tofu cubes and fry
-
Fry until the bottom is golden brown and hard, then flip and fry the other side
-
Fry all six sides of the tofu until golden brown and arrange on a plate
-
Take 100 grams of the mixed meat filling, pour it into the pot, and stir-fry with the remaining oil from frying the tofu until cooked
-
Pour the minced meat onto the tofu cubes and sprinkle with chopped green onions. One bite of tofu and one bite of minced meat. It’s so delicious!
