Steps

  1. Prepare fat tofu and preserved eggs

  2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and place on the bottom of the plate

  3. Cut the preserved egg into small pieces and place on top of the tofu

  4. Drizzle the very fresh soy sauce evenly on the surface, sprinkle with salt and drip with sesame oil

  5. Chop chives and chili peppers and place on top for garnish.

  6. Finished product.
