Steps
-
Main ingredients: steamed noodles, cowpeas, braised pork,
-
Cut the cowpeas into small pieces, cut the braised pork into large thin slices, and chop some green onions for later use
-
Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add the cowpeas and stir-fry
-
Stir-fry until the water vapor in the cowpeas evaporates and changes color. Set the cowpeas aside and add the chopped green onions and braised pork
-
Stir-fry over low heat until the braised pork fat is transparent and spits oil. Add an appropriate amount of 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
-
Add a little salt (if you think the light soy sauce is salty enough, you don’t need to add the salt)
-
Stir-fry evenly
-
Spread the steamed noodles on the cowpeas and braised pork, and pour half a bowl of water along the edge of the pot. Cover and simmer for five to six minutes.
-
Simmer until the soup in the pot is almost dry, open the lid and mix the fried noodles evenly.
