Bandit Pork Liver, the name of this dish seems a bit domineering, but don’t be intimidated. In fact, this is a very delicious and authentic dish. Bandit pig liver is not the pig liver eaten by bandits. Because its cooking method and flavor retain the original characteristics of Xiangxi cuisine, it is named bandit pig liver.

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the pork liver into slices of about 5mm.
