Stir in shredded onions, dried chilies, Sichuan peppercorns, fish sauce, light soy sauce, and honey, mix well, seal with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and wrap the marinated meat

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Tear off the tin foil, place the meat on the grill, and bake for 5 minutes on each side until browned.
