Sweet potato porridge
Overview
Sweet potato is sweet in taste and warm in nature. It can smooth the intestines and relieve constipation, strengthen the stomach and replenish qi. It can also reduce calorie intake and is one of the best foods for weight loss. When I was a child, my grandma’s house was in the countryside. During the autumn harvest season, I would always go to my grandma’s house to catch the autumn breeze, nibble on fresh sticks, eat fresh flowers and raw vegetables, cook green edamame, and drink sweet potato rice... Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces.
