Prepare ingredients.

The meat is minced using a meat grinder.

After mincing, season with oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and chicken powder. Season and marinate for 1 hour.

Peel the taro.

Then peel it into silk. Chop green onion into small pieces.

Sprinkle the taro shreds with a little salt.

Add the meat again.

Then put it in the rice pot. Steam for 20 minutes.

After steaming, just add a little green onion.
