  1. Add minced meat to cooking wine, salt, monosodium glutamate, light soy sauce, pepper, oyster sauce, minced ginger and scallion, stir evenly

  2. Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms and wash

  3. Fill the minced meat with shiitake mushrooms, put a little oil in the pan and fry the meat side down until brown, then lightly fry the other side (be sure to fry over medium-low heat)
