Make water in a pot, cut the pork belly into pieces, put it into the pot, add bay leaves, aniseed, pepper, cinnamon and other spices, and cook for about 20 minutes

Add yeast to flour, mix with warm water to form a dough, cover with wet gauze, and let rise for 1 hour
