Overview

To make mooncakes with pickled vegetables and fresh meat, I used a little more pickled mustard, cut a potato and fried it one piece at a time. I added some Laoganma juice to make it a bit spicy, and it is salty and delicious to go with rice.

  1. Prepared ingredients.

  2. Soak the mustard in water in advance.

  3. Cut the potatoes into shreds and chop all the condiments and set aside.

  4. Rinse the potato shreds.

  5. Sauté condiments in hot oil.

  6. Pour in shredded potatoes.

  7. Stir fry over high heat.

  8. Add mustard shreds and a pinch of salt and stir-fry.

  9. Add Laoganma chili oil and stir-fry.

  10. You can add some water and stir-fry in batches in the middle of the process (this will prevent it from sticking to the pan)

  11. Before serving, add a little soy sauce and green onions and stir-fry evenly.
