Spring Leek and Shrimp Skin Box
Overview
As the saying goes, onions are in the first month and leeks are in the second month. The leeks in early spring are of the best quality in all seasons of the year. Spring leeks are the most fragrant. You can’t miss the best time to eat spring leeks. My son will start school tomorrow. Although I will cook a lot of fish and meat during the Spring Festival during this holiday, my son really doesn’t like these very much. I'm busy at work every day, and I always use the Spring Festival vegetables to prevaricate him, telling him what to eat today and what to eat tomorrow. But every day after get off work, my son is always worried about what I say, but he eats a lot of instant noodles. I was off work today, and I saw a lot of bright green leeks in the market. They were bright and green, which really made people like it. I bought a whole bundle, and went home to bake a box for my son to eat. I used half of the leeks, added eggs, shrimp skin, fried dough sticks, and vermicelli, and mixed a large pot with thin skin and big stuffing. I fried it with an electric pan until it was bulging. The family of three was full. It seems that the big fish and meat are hard to compete with this homely meal, and even more so with the spring leeks.
