Sautéed Screws
Overview
The fried screws in the store are too spicy for people who want to smoke them. So T Mama went to Gourmet World to learn some screw-frying skills and started trying to make it herself. When I first started making it, I was really afraid of the oil flying around when the sauce was put into the pan⊙﹏⊙bIt was really painful when I sweated from the oil splashing! Now I'm slowly gaining the skills ^_^ I've made fried screws in soy sauce countless times. Before, I always fried them in a non-spicy way, but later I added a little red pepper and I think it tastes even better^_^ T's sister loves this very much, and will ask T's mom to make it for her every few days.
