Wine-flavored duck wings
Overview
I've been wanting to eat this duck wing for a few days, and finally took action yesterday. According to my previous method, I would add rice wine. The duck wings marinated in rice wine will taste even better. But my mother-in-law can’t drink rice wine, so this time I used white wine to make wine duck wings. After the duck wings are cooked, I add the white wine when the flavor is ready, so that the aroma of the wine can be slowly absorbed by the duck wings. Friends, if you like it, you can add rice wine to it.
