Eat in a variety of ways - minced meat and roasted eggplant
Overview
Before I knew it, it was the end of 2014. I was busy with everything. I took a break from my busy schedule to go to the market to purchase eggplants. I went to all the stalls but I didn’t see the thin violet eggplants that Teacher Nohong used. I just bought 2 long eggplants and planned to make roasted eggplants with minced meat. The eggplants made this way are very soft and tasty. Adding a little vinegar gives it a fish-flavored eggplant flavor.
