Rinse the fried chicken feet with cold water twice, take a large bowl, put the fried chicken feet in water and soak for five hours

As shown in the picture, soak the chicken feet until the skin becomes wrinkled and resembles tiger skin. In winter, when the temperature is low, soaking for five hours will not fully expand the skin. Soaking for seven or eight hours will be better

Prepare ingredients as shown in the picture, mince garlic, green and red pepper rings, Laoganma spicy sauce, and rinse with water

Take a large bowl and put the cut chicken feet in. First add a spoonful of cornstarch and mix well with your hands. Then add minced garlic, Laoganma spicy sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a spoonful of dark soy sauce, half a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of peanut oil, a little chili oil, a little chicken powder, a little pepper, a few drops of sesame oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
