Fresh Lily and Yam Chicken Soup
Overview
Fresh lily is on the market. Fresh lily has the effects of clearing fire, moistening the lungs, and calming the nerves. It is a good vegetable for relieving the heat in summer. It can be used to make sweet soup, chicken soup, and some can also be added to bone soup. The fresh lily and yam chicken soup I made today is fragrant and delicious, a great soup for summer.
