Overview
I only eat some spicy food at home, so I didn’t make much. It was the first time I made it, and the taste was okay and the color was red and bright.

Wash onions, sliced ginger, shallots, and coriander and set aside. Soak star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and peppercorns in water to prevent them from frying.

Heat oil in a pan, add spices and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

Fry the spices until slightly brown and remove.

Pour the hot oil into the prepared chili noodles in three batches and stir evenly.
