Prepare the washed and chopped lean pork for later use!

Tear the seafood mushrooms in half and wash them!

Soak the enoki mushrooms for a few minutes, then wash them and tear them into small pieces!

Soak the dried fungus, wash it and set aside!

Wash and cut the red peppers and set aside!

Marinate the pork with ginger slices, salt and dark soy sauce for five minutes and set aside!

Heat the pan with peanut oil and stir-fry the pork until fragrant, then add the seafood mushrooms!

Then add the enoki mushrooms.

Finally, stir-fry the fungus until fragrant and then simmer!

Finally, stir all the seasonings together.
