Put lard in the bowl in advance.

Dissolve Sijibao peanut butter with a small amount of boiling water.

Bring water to a boil.

Add the noodles and cook until the noodles are soft and tender. The degree of softness depends on your preference. I don’t like them too soft, just as they are just cooked.

Take the noodles out and put them directly into the bowl with the lard, stir to melt the lard completely.

Add coriander, chopped peanuts, black sesame seeds, soy sauce, and vinegar and stir evenly.
