Put the two kinds of powder into the basin.

Use chopsticks to add appropriate amount of boiling water to the powder and mix it into granules.

When it is not hot, use your hands to knead into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough in half, add cocoa powder to one half and a little red yeast powder to the other half.

Knead into two-color dough.

Divide the dough of the two colors into equal portions, of any size, then take a small portion and flatten it into a round shape, and wrap it with an appropriate amount of bean paste filling.

Pinch tightly and roll into a round shape.

Cut out a long strip at one end to make the elephant's trunk.

Shape it into shape as shown in the picture.

Then use a knife to cut off a small piece as shown in the picture.

Then make a cut towards the lower end of the nose to make a mouth. As shown in the figure

Glue a red bean toward the edge of the nose to make eyes.

Then press the dough you just cut out into pieces and roll into thin strips. Glue them on to make the ears and tail respectively as shown in the picture.

Make the cocoa dough in the same way as above.

Place the shaped dough into a greased steaming tray.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, put in the dough, cover tightly, and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
