Sweet and sour pork ribs
Overview
I brought a lot of bean curds from my hometown during the Chinese New Year, so I happened to buy some yams. Let’s make a vegetarian dish that’s better than pork ribs. At least visually, you can think of it as eating a mouthful of pork ribs that is full of flavor!

Soak the tofu skin in cold water

Soak until soft and cut into long strips

Peel the yam and cut into long strips

Wrap the yam with bean skin

Pour oil into the pan and gently add the rolled vegetarian spareribs

Fry both sides until golden brown and set aside

Prepare sweet and sour juice according to the ratio of water: vinegar: sugar: light soy sauce: cooking wine = 5:4:3:2:1

Add oil to the wok and sauté onion, ginger and garlic

Add the sauce, add the fried vegetarian spareribs, bring to a boil over high heat, and reduce the juice over low heat
