Stir-fried shredded tofu and leeks
Overview
Leeks are a very common popular ingredient and are available all year round, but the best seasons to eat leeks are spring and winter. Leeks in summer are very unpalatable, and leeks in autumn are very old and unpalatable. Leeks can be used as fillings or fried. The leeks in this season in the Northeast are still relatively tender. Today, use leeks and dried tofu to make a home-cooked dish.
