I boiled some scallion oil myself, added scallops and dried shrimps to make scallion oil noodles! The flavor is very strong! Just boil and mix such simple ingredients and seasonings, it is really simple and delicious!

  1. Wash chives and onions and cut into small pieces

  5. Soak scallops and dried shrimps with cooking wine until soft

  6. Heat the scallion oil left in the pan, add the soaked scallops and dried shrimps and stir-fry

  7. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and a little water and bring to a boil

  8. Cook until the juice thickens, turn off the heat and set aside

  9. After boiling water in the pot, add noodles and bring to a boil. Add cold water and cook again until cooked
