Before cooking, fry a green onion in some scallion oil and let it cool. Then peel the fresh lettuce, cut it into small pieces and shred it

Add MSG, salt, shredded chili pepper, minced garlic, marinate occasionally, turning over for about two hours, then drain away the water

Wash the fresh octopus with a handful of salt clockwise and finally rinse with clean water
