Soak the dried cuttlefish in water overnight, take out the cuttlefish plates, wash them and cut them into strips.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant, add bones, dried cuttlefish and stir-fry, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, 800 ml boiling water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes, pour into the pressure cooker and simmer until it becomes steamy, then simmer for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

Pour the dried cuttlefish and soup into the pot, add the tofu and simmer for two minutes. Season with MSG, pepper, salt and chopped green onion.
