Assorted spring rolls
Overview
Assorted spring rolls use raw materials such as mung bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and shredded mushrooms, wrapped in spring roll wrappers, and fried to make them crispy and fragrant. My little master likes fried spring rolls very much!

Prepare the raw materials, pick and wash the mung bean sprouts and peel the carrots;

Blanch the mung bean sprouts and carrot shreds in a cooking pot, take them out and let them cool;

The mixed batter is used as an adhesive seal for wrapping spring rolls;

Put the ingredients into a cooking bowl, add shredded green onion, salt and oyster sauce and mix well;

Take a piece of spring roll wrapper and put the ingredients in the middle. Spread batter around the edges and wrap well.

Heat the oil in the wok to 50%, add the wrapped spring rolls, fry them until they get a good color, and place them on a plate.
