Grilled Fish with Green Onions
Overview
Jihuayu is also called crucian carp and Jihuayu. It, together with the aohua fish, bream flower fish and island fish, are all specialties of Songhua Lake. Three flowers and one island refer to these four fishes. There are almost no farmed croakers, they are all wild, so they are not too big in size and are subject to seasonal restrictions. However, the croakers are really delicious and the meat is particularly tender.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: 3 pieces of croaker fish, clean the fish with green onion leaves and cut into sections with green onion leaves.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté scallions. Put the fish into the pot.
