Overview
Yams, okra, and crab-flavored mushrooms are all healthy foods. And the taste of the three ingredients is very harmonious. Salty, fresh and crispy

Steps
-
Ingredients preparation: crab mushroom, yam, okra, spicy millet
-
Peel the yam and cut it into cubes, then boil it in boiling water until it is cooked. Salt should be added to the water because yam cubes are not easy to taste
-
Remove when mature and rinse with cold water to make the dish more refreshing
-
Cut off the roots of crab-flavored mushrooms, wash and set aside
-
Cut okra into sections and set aside
-
Using some lard to stir-fry vegan vegetables will add more flavor, so I use vegetable oil mixed with lard, the ratio is 1:1. For vegetarians or those who think lard is unhealthy, you can skip this step and just add vegetable oil
-
Add some ginger slices and sauté until fragrant
-
Add the three ingredients and a small amount of salt (salt has been added to the yam before, so the amount of salt must be controlled) and stir-fry until cooked
-
Before putting the pot into the pot, add red millet chili to enhance the color, then slowly pour in the cornstarch water gravy with chicken essence
-
Stir well and serve on a plate
-
Healthy, crispy and salty
