Wonton wrapper version of scallion pancake
Overview
I made a batch of wontons over the weekend and had a lot of wonton wrappers left. I didn’t ask for so much when I bought them, so the handsome guy selling wonton wrappers gave me all the rest. When I was making the wontons, I felt that there was more skin than stuffing, so I mixed some fungus into the meat stuffing, but there was still a lot of rich wonton skin left. Is there any way to clean the wonton wrappers? Some of them were eliminated by cooking the noodles for the children. In fact, baking it into scallion pancakes is also a good choice. It’s quick, convenient, and tastes pretty good. The method is very simple, lay out a layer of wonton wrappers, brush with a layer of oil, sprinkle with a layer of salt, sprinkle with a layer of chopped green onion, then cover with a layer of wonton wrappers, repeat the above steps, stack several layers (I stacked eight layers), roll it out with a rolling pin, heat the oil in a pot, sear both sides over medium heat, remove from the pot, cut into pieces, and serve on a plate. It's crispy and crispy, with the fragrance of green onions overflowing. It's so delicious. I usually stack it ten to eight layers. Today I ate two of them in one go. The one was crispy and so delicious. Dear friends, please give it a try. It’s delicious. It’s absolutely delicious——
