A gorgeous twist on leftover rice
Overview
We can fry the remaining rice, make it into porridge, or add it with your favorite seasonal vegetables and meat and fry it into pancakes for a different meal!

Cut the meat into cubes, add a small amount of starch to it, fry it in a pan with salt, and cut the carrots, cucumbers, and pickles into cubes. Prepare a bowl of leftover rice.

Put the above ingredients into a bowl, add 2 eggs and a little salt and mix well.

Heat the cold oil in the pan, pour the mixed rice, spread it on the bottom of the pan, and fry over low heat.

After the bottom side is fried and set, turn it over and continue frying until there is a small amount of crispy rice.

Cut into pieces and top with your favorite sauce and enjoy.
