  1. Pour preserved eggs into a pot with cold water, boil until the water boils, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes (to solidify the egg yolk to avoid staining the vegetables), cut into cubes and set aside

  2. Rinse the dried tempeh through a strainer, drain, and slightly reduce the saltiness

  3. Cut okra into small pieces, mince ginger, garlic and chili pepper and set aside

  4. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced pork, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant

  5. Add black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

  6. Add all seasonings, add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil

  7. Add okra and fry until cooked
