Braised Hairtail Fish with Passion Fruit

It's sour, sweet and super appetizing. It's not ordinary sweet and sour, it's fruity. Not greasy at all.

Ingredients (as shown in the picture): First wash the hairtail and drain the water, then add an egg to instant noodles MSG and an appropriate amount of starch, and break it up for frying.

Add the prepared fried batter to the hairtail and soak evenly.

Fry in oil pan until golden brown (preferably dry).

After frying, absorb the oil from the fried hairtail with oil-absorbing paper and set aside for later use.

Prepare ingredients, (pictured).

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, sauté the ingredients first until fragrant, and then sauté the onions until translucent.

Then add the fried hairtail fish and stir-fry.

Then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, raw oil, sugar (2 tablespoons), and a little salt. Stir fry evenly.

Finally, add the passion fruit gravy and stir-fry quickly.

Finally, add the green onions and stir-fry before serving.
