Step 1: Soak the mutton in water until the water is turbid.

Wash the soaked mutton, cut it into cubes, and put it into the pot. Cover the meat with water and add an extra part. Add as much water as possible, then boil the water over high heat, scoop out the scum, and keep using medium high heat. After the scum is removed, pour in turmeric, green onions, red dates, and Angelica dahurica. Cover the pot and use a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
