Fried dough sticks
Overview
Many fried dough sticks made on the street contain aluminum. Aluminum is a low-toxic, non-essential trace element that is an important factor in causing various brain diseases. It is an inhibitor of multiple enzymes, and its toxicity can affect protein synthesis and neurotransmitters. Aluminum can inhibit the activity of enzymes in the brain, thereby worsening the mental state. Therefore, if you don’t trust the food outside, if you want to eat it, just make it yourself.
