This is my first time making homemade meat floss~~~ I have used several bread machines, but this meat floss is still the first one~~~~ I have no experience in making meat floss for the first time, so I shred it all by my own hands~~~ I tore it for a whole afternoon, and it makes me cry~~~ So after tearing the meat floss, I gave up my choice~~~ So Mr. Hu took over~~~ So the next day I was shocked to see such dark meat floss~~~ Okay, he just added too much dark soy sauce~~~That’s all~~ Okay, in the recipe below, I reduced the amount of dark soy sauce~~~

Wash the lean pork, cut off the fascia, and cut the pork into cubes;

Put green onion slices, ginger slices, garlic, cinnamon, star anise, three nai, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine into the pot, then add pork, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and cook the pork over medium heat;

Remove the cooked pork and let it cool;

Put the pork into a food bag, use a rolling pin to loosen it and roll it into pieces; if the loose meat is not thin enough, you need to tear it by hand;

Install the mixing stick in the bread bucket and put it into the bread machine; pour an appropriate amount of corn oil into the bread bucket;

Pour in the shredded pork floss;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and sugar;

Power on the bread machine and select the [Floss] function;

After the process is completed, scoop out the meat floss, place it in a sterilized clean glass container, seal it and refrigerate it.
