I like to eat sushi~ but although the ingredients I make are real, the shape is not satisfactory~ but the taste is still good!

  1. Prepare the sushi ingredients first - cut cucumbers, carrots and ham into long strips, spread the eggs on the egg pancakes and then shred them, and fry the carrots in oil.

  2. The rice needs to be mixed with sushi. If you don’t have sushi vinegar, you can make sushi vinegar with sugar, salt, and vinegar in a ratio of 2:1:2.5. Then spread the mixed rice evenly on the sushi nori.

  3. Put on the salad dressing

  4. Spread pork floss underneath

  5. Place cucumber strips, ham strips, carrot strips, and egg strips in sequence.

  6. Roll up slowly.

  7. Finally, roll it into a cylindrical shape. It needs to be rolled tightly, otherwise it will fall apart when you cut it at the end.

  8. Finally, cut it into small pieces of about one centimeter and it’s ok!
