Cheesy Black Olive Cream Pasta
Overview
I'm too lazy to cook more complicated dishes at noon, so it's best to have a plate of pasta. Compared to the pasta with tomato meat sauce, I like the cheese and cream version better. It has a strong milky aroma and is tingling. A large plate will be gone in a while,

Cut the onion into cubes, slice the garlic, cut the sausage into diagonal slices, slice the black olives, dice the carrots, (blanch the carrots) and chop the coriander into mince,

Add hot water, add appropriate amount of salt, and cook for 6.5 minutes,

Heat a pan, add olive oil, add garlic slices, onions, sausage and black olives in sequence, saute until fragrant,

Add the noodles that have been drained of water and stir-fry quickly,

Pour in the cream and stir-fry quickly,

Remove from the heat, add minced coriander, appropriate amount of salt and cracked black pepper (you can omit it if you don’t like coriander,)
