Cold tripe
Overview
I've always been worried about animal meat being dirty, mainly because it's too troublesome to wash. I've tried it recently and found some tips. I'd like to share them here. If anyone has any good ideas, remember to tell me. I bought a pork belly and cooked a pot of soup, one vegetable and one soup. It was so beautiful! How to wash pork belly will be explained in detail in the steps.

Put the pork belly in a basin, add two tablespoons of salt, add water and wash it thoroughly.

After scrubbing for a while, add flour to the basin and continue scrubbing.

Rinse well, cut off excess fat, cut the pork belly into pieces, add slices of ginger and green onions and soak in cooking wine.

The soaking time can range from ten minutes to thirty minutes.

The spices needed for cooking the soup did not include cinnamon, but cinnamon powder was used.

Put the soybeans and washed pork belly into the pot together, add the ginger slices and green onion segments and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat and remove the floating residue, then reduce to low heat and simmer for two hours.
