Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the pork belly into pieces, add water and cooking wine (to remove the fishy smell) in the pot, not too little water. Cook for 15 minutes.
-
Take the meat out and rinse it in cold water. Mince the garlic, chop green onions and shredded ginger.
-
A photo of the condiments. Just add whatever seasonings you have at home and feel free to use them, the taste won't be too bad anyway. The cooking wine is missing from the photo. Add more soy sauce. If you have dark soy sauce, add a little more for better coloring. I didn't add it if I didn't have it on hand, it just tastes good.
-
Put the seasoning in a bowl and mix evenly.
-
Slice pork belly and add seasonings. There was less soy sauce, so I added some more later and added some water.
-
Steam for 30 minutes. I only steamed it for 25 minutes and simmered it for a while, and the texture was not too hard. If you want it to taste rotten, you can steam it for a while.
-
It’s out! Pour away the oily soup.

The finished picture (using beauty, hehe) is plump but not greasy. Isn't it very simple? Don’t try it yet!
