Wash the bream, remove its internal organs, score a few cuts on its back to absorb the flavor, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the water.

Rub salt all over the fish.

Stuff sliced ginger and green onions into the belly of the fish.

After the water boils, add the bream and steam over high heat for 10 minutes before taking it out.
