Mushu Pork is a delicious home-cooked dish. It is simple and quick to make, and the ingredients are relatively simple. It consists of pork tenderloin, fungus, carrots, cucumbers and eggs. It’s a refreshing and non-greasy dish! Most delicious with rice!

Wash all the ingredients, soak the fungus in advance, and cut the cucumber into thin slices as shown
