Put all the ingredients except butter and bean paste into a container and make a good dough (ignoring my mother-in-law’s old antiques haha)

Meat glove mask as usual

Fermented noodles

Divide it into equal portions and press out the air, let it rest for about ten minutes

After ten minutes, take a small roll and roll it out evenly with bean paste. Roll it up from one end to make a green embryo. Place them one by one on a baking sheet lined with oil paper for the second fermentation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes (my oven is relatively hot, it usually takes 20 minutes). If the surface is browned enough, cover it with tin foil. When it is almost done, brush the surface with egg wash
