Jin Yu Man Tang Fried Rice
Overview
There was a lot of leftover rice. I originally mixed it with the existing ingredients and stir-fried it. Suddenly I discovered that the eggs were golden in color and the green peas were green in color. Doesn’t this just mean that the house is filled with gold and gold? It’s perfect for Chinese New Year~~~

Prepare the main ingredients, crack the eggs into a bowl, and chop the green onions in advance.

Heat the oil in the pot and pour in the beaten egg liquid.
